The e-bill system of Postfinance and of Swiss banks enables you to receive and pay your bills in a simple and secure way, paperless.

The e-bill is displayed in your e-banking system. You can receive and check the bills and pay them in just a few clicks of the mouse, round the clock, from any computer with internet access.

This system is not only secure - it also gives you control and enables you to decide if and when a bill is to be paid. If necessary, you can save your bills on your computer and print it out later.

Conditions:

• You must have a computer with internet access.
• You must have a currently valid e-banking contract with a financial institution.

Register for e-bill:

Register in your e-banking system using the specific link to your health insurance plan (important: if you are affiliated to more than one Groupe Mutuel health insurance plan, you must register for each of them).

Choose the appropriate heading of the "e-bill" menu, "PayNet" or "Yellowbill".

Activate the e-bill function (once only) enabling you to inform the selected billers that you wish to receive e-bills by using the list on which they appear.

You also have the possibility of authorising your health insurance plan to collect premiums and contribution invoices directly from your bank account (LSV+) or postal account (Direct Debit).

By using online payments or direct debits, Groupe Mutuel insured members can actively help to reduce administrative costs and consequently insurance premiums to the absolute minimum.

Moreover, these methods of payment enable us to limit the use of paper or to eliminate it altogether.
